Exchange Eligibility:

  • Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • To qualify for an exchange, the product must be unused, with all original tags, packaging, and the invoice intact.
  • Please note that once an unstitched item has been altered or stitched, it is no longer eligible for an exchange.

When Can You Request an Exchange?

  • In case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact our Customer Care team immediately.
  • If the size, color, or design does not meet your expectations, we can assist with an exchange provided the above conditions are met.

Exchange Process:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Care team with your order details and the reason for exchange.
  2. Return Instructions: We will provide you with instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Processing: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange or offer a store credit for future purchases.

Please note:

  • For sale or discounted items, exchanges may be subject to additional review, and in some cases, the customer might bear the return shipping costs.
  • Refunds (if applicable) are offered as store credit and not as cash reimbursements.
